Bookkeeping Packages
JumpStart CPAs offers fixed pricing for monthly Bookkeeping services based on the number of transactions and bank accounts in the business. The fixed price includes review and categorization of all transactions, reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts and accurate monthly financial statements. The packages also include a monthly meeting with Virginia Hamilton, CPA.
Tier One - $250 per month
*Limited to 1 bank or credit card account
*Up to 25 transactions per month
Tier Two - $350 per month
*Limited to 2 bank or credit card accounts
*Up to 50 transactions per month
Tier Three - $450 per month
*Limited to 3 bank or credit card accounts
*Up to 100 transactions per month
Tier Four - $550 per month
*Limited to 3 bank or credit card account
*Up to 150 transactions per month
Tier Five- $650 per month
*Limited to 3 bank or credit card account
*Up to 200 transactions per month
Tier Six- $750 per month
*Limited to 3 bank or credit card account
*Up to 250 transactions per month
If your company has more than 250 transactions per month, please call for a custom quote. Additional bank or credit card accounts add $50 per account per month regardless of tier. Fixed prices do not include Income Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, Sales Tax Returns, QuickBooks Online Training, Inventory Management, Historical Financial Statements or CFO Services. Additional services are billed at an hourly rate and only by express authorization.
