Founder, Virginia "Cimmer" Hamilton (Dubin) is a California Licensed CPA, a PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Alumni and a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.  She was born in San Jose, California and grew up in Portola Valley, just a few minutes from Stanford University.   Being a Silicon Valley native and growing up so close to Stanford, she embodies the entrepreneurial spirit .  She has worked at numerous Silicon Valley companies, from tiny start-ups to multi-national billion dollar publicly-traded firms.  Because she understands the needs of larger companies, she can help your company grow with the right financial infrastructure and controls in place. Cimmer also has extensive experience in the Horse Industry.  She started riding at Spring Down Farm in Portola Valley when she was 7 years old.  She was a fearless and talented rider and by the time she was 10, she started and trained her first pony.  During her teen years she was involved primarily with Dressage and Polo.  She played Polo at UC Davis and later competed extensively on the "A" Horse Show Circuit, primarily in the Hunter Division.  She had many championships to her name primarily on her Swedish Warmblood gelding, "Landmark".  In 1999, she started Monthaven Ranch in Saratoga which was about buying, training, showing and selling young stock.  In 2013, she stopped competing as an Amateur and started a riding school focusing on beginners and special needs children.  She trained more than 30 people every week and ran summer camps with hundreds of children coming through. Based on her horse show, ranch management and riding school experience, she is very qualified to help anyone in the horse business with their accounting needs.  

On a personal level, Cimmer is a single mom with twin boys, Max and Fletcher Dubin, who attend Redwood Middle School in Saratoga California.  Max and Fletcher are very social, naturally excel in academics and are All-Stars in Saratoga Little League.  They also play in the Redwood Band  (Fletcher on Baritone and Max on Trombone) and play Rugby in the winter with the Los Gatos Lions.
